For the Love of Type showcases different contemporary typefaces.

My Contributions

Each typeface section was written and designed by a different student. I was responsible for designing the book cover, front matter, end matter, and the section on Granville—the typeface I chose to focus on.

I designed the book cover, front matter, and end matter to have a harmonious design—from using type as a graphic element to creating consistent typeface divider spreads. And for my typeface section, I wanted to display Granville’s old-style look, with its modern twist.

‍For the Love of Type allowed me to explore typeface design even further and truly celebrate typography.
